Community dinner conceived collectively with local inhabitants, promoting the reactivation of rural networks and making participation in this territory more attractive

The workshop

For 7 days, participants will be immersed in local culture. The objective of the workshop is to renew vernacular architecture with the help of Mayan masons from the town. Of the more than 300 Mayan houses in the town, one house will be selected to renovate. Privilege will be given to an inhabitant who really wants this renovation and finds it impossible to do so due to financial issues. Therefore, more than being a constructive project, it is a social project and as a common basis, heritage.
